Friendly, responsive, high quality
I saw Miningstore + JP discussing an opportunity earlier in the year to source and host some equipment and after some back and forth with JP and his team we settled on terms and everything was shipped and installed in ~3 weeks from signed papers. They even sent me and my family photos of our miner's shipment journey en route to their facilities to keep us updated and share the excitement we had to get these online. Miningstore seems to have a lot of clients, some small, some massive, and despite this JP still personally corresponds with individual customers in his free time without any automations things getting in the way. Anytime there were issues in the data center (very rare) that had miners go offline they responded to near instantly with JP offering his personal cell to call if anything looks off. I was new to the mining scene earlier in the year but JP + Miningstore made it simple.
